Fill your open PA or NP seat with someone who fits.
Stop wading through a hundred unscreened applicants, and stop handing a recruiter a fifth of a salary. We send you a short list of vetted, license-verified PAs and NPs, and you pay one flat $1,500 fee only when your new hire starts.
No upfront cost. No fee unless you hire. Backed by a 90-day guarantee.
Your shortlist
3 matchedIllustrative. You see qualifications first, names once you're ready to talk.
The hard part of hiring a PA or NP, handled.
A short list, not a stack
We hand you a handful of PAs and NPs who genuinely fit the role, already screened, license-verified, and reference-checked. You stop sorting résumés and start interviewing people worth your time.
You pay on the hire, not the hope
One flat $1,500, due only when your new hire actually starts. No retainer, no upfront cost, and nothing owed if we don't find you someone you hire.
Backed by a guarantee
If the placement doesn't stick inside the guarantee window, we find you a replacement at no additional charge. The risk of a bad fit sits with us, not you.
Four steps, and most of the work is ours.
Tell us the role
Specialty, schedule, EMR, whether you want a PA or an NP (or either), and what the seat actually needs day to day. A short call or form, not a job posting you have to write and babysit.
We vet and match
We draw from PAs and NPs we've already license-verified and reference-checked, then hand-pick the ones who fit your role. You see their qualifications first, and their names when you're ready to talk.
You interview
Only the candidates worth your time reach you. We coordinate scheduling and answer questions on both sides. You make the call on who's right for your practice.
You hire, then you pay
When your new hire starts, you're invoiced the flat $1,500, with the guarantee behind it. No hire, no fee. That's the whole arrangement.
A bad hire isn't just wasted time. It's your license on the line.
A résumé is a claim. In your practice, an unverified one is a real risk: to patient safety, to liability, and, for a PA, to the supervising physician who signs for their work. So we confirm every credential at the source before you ever see a name, and keep a dated record of each check.
One flat fee. The math isn't close.
A recruiter charges a percentage of the salary, so a single hire often runs well into five figures. We charge the same flat fee no matter what the role pays, and only when someone starts.
A recruiter would charge 15–25% of first-year salary for the same hire, often $20,000 or more. Same fee here whether they earn $110k or $160k.
If it doesn't stick, we make it right.
If your new hire leaves, or the fit fails, within 90 days of their start date, we find you a replacement at no additional charge.
You took a chance on a new hire. We're not going to leave you holding the bill if it doesn't work out. The exact terms are written into your agreement before anything is signed.
What practices ask us first.
Why should I trust a new company with my hiring?+
Fair question. PAbridge is founded by Kelli Fabela, a practicing physician assistant, so the vetting is done by someone who knows what actually matters in an advanced-practice hire. And the structure protects you: you pay nothing until the clinician you chose starts work, and every placement carries a guarantee. The risk of betting on us sits with us, not you.
What's the catch at $1,500?+
No catch. We're new and building a reputation in Arizona, so we'd rather earn your trust with a fair flat fee than squeeze a big first deal out of you. PAs and NPs are never charged, and the fee only applies when you make a hire.
I already have applicants. Why use you?+
We're not here to compete with your pile of résumés. We're here to replace the part you hate: the screening, the license-checking, the reference calls, the candidates who look fine on paper and vanish after one shift. If you'd rather just interview a few vetted people who fit, that's what we do.
Will the clinician be your employee or mine?+
Yours. PAbridge places direct-hire, which means the PA or NP becomes your employee on your terms, with your malpractice coverage. For a PA, that includes your supervising-physician arrangement; an NP in Arizona practices independently. We make the match and step back. We're not a temp agency or a co-employer.
What about supervision, or a supervising physician?+
It depends on who you hire. Arizona requires a written delegation agreement between a PA and a supervising physician, and we factor your setup into the match so there are no surprises. Nurse practitioners are different: Arizona grants NPs full practice authority, so they can evaluate, diagnose, treat, and prescribe independently, with no supervising physician or collaborative agreement required by the state. We make sure you know exactly what applies to each candidate.
How fast can you fill a role?+
Honestly, it depends on the role, and we'd rather be straight with you than promise a number we can't hit. We're early and every match is made by hand right now, so you'll hear from us quickly, and we won't pad your shortlist with filler just to look busy.
Tell us about the seat you're filling.
Send us the role and we'll reach out as we onboard our first Arizona practices. No cost, no commitment, just a conversation about who you need.
