These terms govern your use of the PAbridge website and service. By using the site or joining our waitlist, you agree to them. We've written them in plain language so they're actually readable.
Who we are
PAbridge is a PA and NP placement service based in Phoenix, Arizona. We connect Arizona medical practices with physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Questions? Email hello@pabridge.com.
What PAbridge does, and doesn't do
PAbridge introduces practices and the PAs and NPs who appear to be a good fit. We vet PA and NP credentials and facilitate the introduction. We are not a party to any employment relationship that results, and we are not the employer of any clinician we introduce.
When a practice hires a PA or NP, that clinician becomes an employee of the practice, on terms they agree between themselves, with the practice's malpractice coverage. For a PA, that includes the practice's supervising physician; NPs in Arizona practice independently. PAbridge does not control, direct, or supervise that employment.
No guarantee of a placement or a job
We work hard to make good matches, but we don't guarantee that a practice will find a suitable PA or NP, or that a candidate will be hired. Joining the waitlist or using the service does not promise any particular outcome.
Fees and the placement agreement
Any fee described on this website (such as our flat placement fee) is informational. The actual, binding terms of any placement, including the fee, the definition of a completed hire, payment terms, and any guarantee, are set out in a separate written agreement signed between PAbridge and the practice. If anything on this site conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
PAbridge is always free for physician assistants and nurse practitioners. PAs and NPs are never charged a fee.
Using the site honestly
When you give us information, give us accurate information. Don't use the site or service to break the law, to misrepresent who you are, to scrape or disrupt the site, or to do anything that harms PAbridge or other users. We may decline service or remove anyone who does.
Our content
The PAbridge name, logo, site design, and content belong to PAbridge. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for the conduct, qualifications beyond what we verify, or employment decisions of any practice, PA, or NP. Hiring and employment decisions are made by the practices and clinicians themselves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PAbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
