The hiring options today

Free and exhausting, or effective and expensive. Nothing in between.

Job boards

Cost: low · Effort: all yours

You post the role, then sort hundreds of unscreened applications, chase references, and verify licenses yourself. Cheap, but it's a second job.

PAbridge

Cost: $1,500 on hire · Effort: ours

We vet, license-verify, and match a short list of PAs and NPs who actually fit. You interview people worth interviewing, and pay only when one starts.

Traditional recruiters

Cost: ~15–25% of salary · Effort: theirs

They do the work, but a single placement can run well into five figures, and you're locked into a percentage that climbs with the salary.

How it works

Two sides, one clean process.

For practices

You have a seat to fill.
1

Tell us the role

Specialty, schedule, EMR, whether you want a PA or an NP (or either), and what the seat actually needs day to day. Ten minutes, not a job posting.

2

Review matched candidates

We send a short list of license-verified PAs and NPs who fit, with the details that matter and the parts that don't yet (no names) until you're ready.

3

Interview and hire

You interview the ones worth your time, and pay the flat $1,500 only when your new hire starts, backed by a replacement guarantee.

For PAs & NPs

You want the right role, not 200 listings.
1

Build your profile

Tell us where you're licensed, what you're good at, the schedule you need, and what made you leave your last role. It stays private.

2

Get matched, not spammed

We bring you roles that fit your specialty, location, and the things you actually care about. No mass applications, no ghosting.

3

Talk to real practices

When there's a genuine fit, we introduce you directly to the practice. It's free to you, start to finish.

Verification

Every clinician is checked at the source.

A résumé is a claim. Before any practice sees a candidate, we confirm the credentials directly with the bodies that issue them, and keep a dated record of every check.

Pricing

One flat fee. No percentage games.

Recruiters charge a slice of the salary, so the better the hire, the more you pay. We don't. PAbridge is one predictable fee, and you only owe it when someone actually starts.

Per successful placement
$1,500
flat fee · paid when your new hire starts

A recruiter would charge 15–25% of first-year salary for the same hire, often $20,000 or more.

Same fee at any salary$1,500 whether they earn $110k or $160k.
Backed by a guaranteeIf it doesn't work out inside the window, we re-place at no charge.

PAs and NPs pay nothing, ever.

KF
"I've spent my career as a physician assistant, and I've watched good practices go understaffed while talented PAs and NPs disappear into a stack of online applications. That gap stayed with me. PAbridge is how I'm closing it: matching practices with the PAs and NPs they need the way it ought to be done, by hand, with honesty, and by someone who has stood in the exam room herself. Every placement is a real clinician trusted with someone's care, and I treat it that way."

Questions

The things people ask first.

Are you a recruiter or a job board?+

Neither, exactly. A job board hands you a pile of applicants to sort yourself. A recruiter does the work but charges a percentage of salary. PAbridge does the vetting and matching of a recruiter at a flat fee, and right now every match is made by hand, here in Arizona.

What does it cost, and when do I pay?+

Practices pay one flat fee of $1,500 per placement, and only when your new hire actually starts. There's no charge to post a role, review matches, or interview. PAs and NPs are never charged anything.

How are PAs and NPs vetted?+

Before a practice ever sees a candidate, we verify their Arizona license directly with the issuing board (the Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants for PAs, the State Board of Nursing for NPs), confirm national certification, review any disciplinary history, check the federal sanctions and exclusion lists, and contact references ourselves. The practice that hires then runs its own background check and final credentialing, so a candidate is verified on both sides before they start.

What if the hire doesn't work out?+

Every placement comes with a guarantee window. If the clinician leaves or the fit fails inside that window, we re-place at no additional charge. The exact terms are spelled out in your agreement before anything is signed.

Is my information shared?+

No. Practices see a candidate's qualifications, not their name or contact details, until both sides have agreed to move forward. Nothing about you is sold or posted publicly. See our privacy policy for the full picture.

Do you place outside Arizona?+

Not yet. We're starting in Arizona on purpose, so every match gets real attention. Join the list and you'll be first to know when we expand.
