PAbridge connects Arizona medical practices with physician assistants and nurse practitioners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what we need to do our job. Depending on how you use PAbridge, that may include:
- Information you give us directly. When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, email address, whether you're a practice, a PA, or an NP, and any practice or specialty details you share.
- Professional information from clinicians. If you build a profile as a PA or NP, we collect details such as your licensure, certifications, work history, references, and the kind of role you're looking for.
- Information from practices. If you're hiring, we collect details about the role, your practice, and your hiring needs.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To contact you about PAbridge and the service you signed up for.
- To match practices with PAs and NPs and to make introductions when there's a genuine fit.
- To verify PA and NP credentials with the issuing bodies before a practice sees a candidate.
- To improve how PAbridge works and to respond to your questions.
We do not send you marketing for unrelated products, and we don't email you things you didn't ask for.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Between matched parties, with your knowledge. Practices see a candidate's qualifications without their name or contact details until both sides agree to move forward. We don't reveal your identity behind your back.
- With service providers who help us run PAbridge. For example, our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email tools, and, where a role requires it, a background-check provider. They handle your data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
- When the law requires it. If we're legally obligated to disclose information, or need to protect the rights and safety of people using PAbridge, we may do so.
Cookies and analytics
We keep tracking to a minimum. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't use your browsing to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're on our waitlist or using PAbridge, and only as long as we need it for the purposes above. When you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we're required to keep certain records by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@pabridge.com.
- Ask a question about anything in this policy, same address.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is perfectly secure, so while we work hard to protect it, we can't promise absolute security.
Children
PAbridge is a service for medical practices and licensed professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll do our best to let you know directly.
